Meet up in Iceland 1-3 July 2025

Join us for two nights in Reykjavik, sightseeing and cultural activity. 

Please note: We do not book flight tickets for participants. If you were selected in January 2025 you must book flight tickets from the Help Desk https://help.start-discover.eu/ - if you were selected in previous years you are eligible to participate if you already have flight tickets booked by the Help Desk or are willing to book your own ticket. 

Included in the meet-up:

1. Accommodation:
   • Two nights at Youth Hostel Dalur in a shared dormitory (12 spots available). https://www.hostel.is/en/hostels/hi-reykjavik-dalur
2. Activities:
   • July 1: Arrival at the hostel. Free ticket to a local geothermal swimming pool with hot tubs, slides, and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Participants enter on their own time schedule. 
   • July 2: Private tour with a guide to some of Iceland's most popular tourist destinations (The Golden Circle: Þingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall and hot spring Geysir. Finished with a visit to the geothermal pool (swimsuit required) and BBQ dinner*.

   • July 3: Check-out with breakfast included.

• If you were selected in a previous round and already have tickets to Iceland you are more than welcome to join!
