What will happen in Lithuania?

“Journey of Inclusion: Experiences, Stories, Discoveries” invites you to a meaningful event in Vilnius, where exploration meets understanding. From an interactive orientation game in the charming Old Town to a sensory workshop that deepens and opens new perceptions. Discover the history of the iconic Vilnius TV Tower, engage in meaningful conversations at the Living Library, and end the journey with a vibrant disco. Join us for a celebration of inclusion, learning, and connection!

Orientation game in the Old Town of Vilnius. Explore the city in a fun and engaging way—solve challenges, uncover hidden spots, and experience Vilnius like never before. As you play, you’ll meet locals, bond with your group, and make new friends along the way. Get ready for adventure, discovery, and connection!

“Dialogue in the Dark!” sensory workshop. Imagine a world without light. When visual information no longer dictates your senses, how do you perceive the environment, yourself and others? “Dialogue in the Dark” creates an emotionally impactful environment where people must reorient themselves according to the new circumstances that challenge them to explore novel practices of interaction and cooperation.

Vilnius TV Tower. It is the tallest structure in Lithuania, standing at 326.4 meters. More than just an architectural landmark, it is a symbol of Lithuanian freedom which commemorates the events of January 13, 1991, when unarmed Lithuanians defended their independence. Along with dining in the sky you will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Lithuania’s fight for freedom.

Living Library It is an event where people become “books,” sharing their stories to break stereotypes about marginalized groups. Through open conversations, participants gain insight, challenge prejudice, and foster understanding.

Private disco. We’ll wrap up our event with a bang—a private disco with a DJ! Plus, you’ll get the chance to step into the DJ’s shoes and spin some tunes yourself. Let’s dance the night away!

What will happen in Latvia?

Riga is waiting for you! We will spend the day in the capital city and participate in various organized activities together with NGOs "Spirit of Adventure" team - volunteer work, a Pizza master class, views of Riga from the river (being in boats), hide and seek and orienteering in the streets of the capital. The evening will end with a Latvian cultural evening in the recreation complex “Lido” with a joint dinner, live music and Latvian folk-dance steps!

The second day will be dedicated to adventures in nature, to realize that Latvia's greatest natural wealth is the forest. During the day, various environmental sustainability processes related to its use, protection and enjoyment will be understood.

What will happen in Estonia?

In Estonia, we are starting our travel by exploring Viljandi, which has won over Estonians heart by being home for native culture (dance, music, instrumental). Nevertheless, sustainability and being business-event-tech savvy does not fall away from the native side, in the workshops we will take a look into both. Besides town area in Viljandi, in those 2 days we will spend time around the lake (must do in Viljandi!), explore Estonian nature gem – a bog – and end our meetup in the capital Tallinn, where we can see the medieval side of the culture being integrated with modern elements.
