Local community of Poznan looking for YOUR support! Be part of this dynamic city situated between Berlin and Warsaw, where a combination of East and West vibes gives amazing experiences. Time to jazz up your CV with new competences of providing language, cultural workshops always with our dream team support. We’re looking for 1 person who will full fill our transnational group of positive change freaks MAIN ACTIVITIES: - Non formal education workshops for kids, youth, seniors at schools, clubs, parks, outdoor - yup - we own the town - European projects management assistance - check if the office work is for you before you open your own organisation - Personal initiative based on your interest giving back to the society - YOUR OWN development Even without experiences or ideas of your possible input in CIM Horyzonty we'll help you to get them thanx to coordinators, mentor, other volunteers and our focus of making good together.

Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten

Volunteers stay in a Student Dormitory in the central part of Poznań so all workplaces can be reached easily. You will stay in a shared or individual room with wifi, fridges and bedsheets, access to the bathrooms. In the close area there are shops, supermarkets, green zone. CIM Horyzonty will provide local transportation card and transport is well organised here(during day and night there are tramps and buses). The transport card is paid by us like the accommodation. You will have pocket money provided for food & expenses monthly. The volunteer has Henner insurance.

Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit

At the beginning of the volunteers' stay we will organise an orientation introduction to discover our organization, its values, people that volunteers will work with, projects and work's methodology. Participation in on-arrival and mid term evaluation trainings organized by Polish National Agency for all the international volunteers coming to Poland. You will also have support from other young volunteers, work mentor, experienced organisation team and psychologist if needed. The most importantly, you will learn from your experiences. Teilnehmerprofil

Interested volunteers have to be enthusiastic, active, with some experience in these fields or strongly motivated to gain some experience. They need to like to develop their competences and have fun with non formal education. They should comunicate in English. Age between 18 and 30 years old. They have to share values of our organization: committed civic peace attitude, transcultural, anti-discrimination approach, open minded for cultural and social differences, inclusion, diversity and cross-cultural collaboration not only in activities/work but in every day life behaviour.
