Only candidates who have filled out the additional form at the link will be considered: https://forms.gle/vWkBF8NqSkttbAh77 As an ESC Volunteer, you will be essential in organising and implementing various activities and events. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the inner world of a non-governmental organization, get involved in ongoing projects, and bring your ideas to life. You will volunteer closely with local communities, stakeholders, and international volunteers to create impactful experiences for young people, especially refugees in Poznan. You'll also have the chance to work on designs on our social media and organize outdoor activities. You will work alongside the team of our youth workers, interns and volunteers.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

You will be reimbursed for travel expenses according to the established limits of the program. You will share a room with other volunteers. Accommodation and utilities are covered by the host organization. You will receive monthly pocket money for personal expenses and meals. Medical insurance will be provided.

Training during the activity

Gain valuable experience in event planning, community engagement, social media management and working with volunteers. Cultural immersion and exchange through interaction with both local and international volunteers and local community as well. Training and support provided throughout the duration of the volunteer service.

Participant profile

Looking for people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational and time management abilities are very welcome, as weel as creativity and resourcefulness in program planning. Previous experience in social media management and content creating would be advantage. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Communicative level of English. Commitment to the values of solidarity, inclusion, and diversity is required.
