Volunteering in kindergarten in Trakai, Lithuania

Activity description

Outdoor kindergarten "Patirčių slėnis" is looking for a long-term (12 months) volunteer. Kindergarten was established in 2016, it provides pre-school education for children from 1 to 7 years old kids. Kindergarten offers daily activities for kids, as well as different events, actions, different workshops. Volunteer will be helping kindergarten teachers to implement different activities for kids, organize events, workshops and etc. The Volunteers will also have a space to implement his/her ow ideas, projects, activities. All the activities are happening outdoors, because this is outdoors kindergarten based on Waldorf pedagogic, so the volunteer should wish to spend much time outside exploring the nature with kids and organizing different activities for kids together with the teachers.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Volunteer will be accommodated in a rented apartment in Trakai together with other volunteers, each volunteer will have a separated room. Volunteer will be provided with monthly allowance (food and pocket money).
