Youth ESC THEATRE Volunteer Program in Spain

Opis aktivnosti

ON&OFF offers a work programme of activities to be developed by the volunteer who will be hosted and which main aim is to provide them with different learning and training opportunities, not only related to the theater and drama field at any level (learning, teaching and performing), but also to the non-profit organisations sector and the management of entities such as ON&OFF (visibility, coordination, participants management, administration, etc.): -Daily tasks -The volunteer will work at open air in summer camps with our youth community -Organizing one monthly activity (camps, cultural trips, events...) -Keeping close contact with the young members of ON&OFF -Disseminating the EVS and Erasmus+ program -Open space to develop: The volunteer will be encouraged to propose activities of his/her own expertise to get a deeper immersive experience

Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz

The organization will provide each of the volunteers with -A private room -Pocket money -A mobility medium for the city (bike, bus tickets or similar) -20 fixed days of holidays -A Spanish course during the volunteer programme

Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti

During the EVS, ON&OFF will train the volunteers before carrying out the tasks. The volunteer will also attend to Dinámica Teatral theatre school one evening a week to take part in a course of theatre during his or her stay.

Profil sudionika

- To be between 18 and 30 years old. - To have not participated before in a long term European Voluntary Service project. - To come from a Programme Country. - To have a sending organisation accredited for the EVS. - Open minded and able to adapt him/herself to new environments and culture. - Special attention will be taken to those candidates with previous experience on theater or any other arts field (Painting, musicians, sculptors, etc.) but this will not be a requirement to enter on the selection of candidates.
