We are looking for open minded person. Do you want to work in culture? Are you 18-26 years old and are you from Poland or the European Union? Are you a student and want to gain experience to increase your chances of getting your dream job? Or maybe you just want to learn something new and meet interesting people? This is an opportunity for you to start your adventure and gain the necessary skills! We are creating a new cultural, artistic and educational centre in Hajnówka and we need talented people to help us. We offer 6- or 12-month paid internships for the positions of: 1) animator of international projects - 1 person x 12 months, 2) theatre worker (logistics and technology) - 2 people x 6 months, 3) video documentalist - 2 persons x 6 months, 4. mentor for international voluntary service - 2 persons x 6 months, 5) animator of artistic and social activities - 2 persons x 6 months, 6) assistant of the WERTEP festival coordinator - 1 person x 6 months.

We guarantee: coverage of transportation and relocation costs and, for those coming from abroad, learning the Polish language. We sign a paid traineeship contract which will define the scope and time of work (approx. 30 hours per week). It is possible to come to work for 3-4 days/week. You will be able to use hostel places in the building of the former railway station - Hajnówka Centralna - our Association space. Working in our Association involves gaining experience in contacts with both artists (theatres, musicians) and non-governmental organisations or municipal cultural institutions, organising various artistic events and social actions, as well as coordinating the work of an international team of volunteers and employees. Trainees who gain experience in such a multifunctional organisation will be valuable employees also in other branches, where planning, coordination and responsible action are essential. We are looking for people who with commitment and responsibility, will create new art center.
