Activity description

Contribute to the Mass Marketing action plan and the analysis of results o Assist in monitoring street and door-to-door collection actions o Participate in the creation of fundraising materials (Mailings, E-mailings, brochures, ...) o Collaborate in the regular updating of the database of our donors o Project management for Relational Marketing o Preparation and participation in events o Design of prospecting, solicitation and loyalty documents o Analysis and watch work on the philanthropy sector And concretely, you could achieve: o An action plan around a project o A retro planning with multiple entries to organize an event o Prospecting and reflection to develop new means of collection o Content writing for social networks o Participate in "project" briefings o Coordinate a fundraising project from A to Z

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

The volunteer lives together with other volunteers in a house in Eisenborn. Each volunteer has a comfortable single room. The accommodation is free available for the volunteer. The volunteer gets pocket money and a food allowance for means of subsistence. The amounts are fixed by law in Luxembourg. The public transport is free of charge in Luxembourg for all users.

Participant profile

You followed a higher education in communication and marketing with a dimension of project and event management o You are comfortable with French and English, if you also speak Luxembourgish and German that is a plus! o You have mastered the Office Pack to perfection (or almost)! o Your good humor, your kindness and your smile are your assets o You are inventive, creative and want to help increase awareness and fundraising for Handicap International's actions o You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of contact and you like team challenges
