Animation and Educative support in a Socio-cultural Centre

Opis działania

The Centre social Arc en Ciel in Saint-Fons is an association that contributes to the improvement of the locals' life quality, favours intercultural and linguistic awareness, and organises educational and pedagogical activities. The activities of the volunteer:  Intercultural awareness: ◦ Be an ambassador of his/her country ◦ Organises intercultural workshops to make children and teens discover his/her country and other European countries.  Pedagogical and educational activities: ◦ Linguistic support in English for the children/teens of Saint-Fons / sociocultural education classes in English ◦ Providing educative support to children, helping them with their homework ◦ Propose and organize workshops and activities to the children/tens on various topics : environment and sustainable development, cultural activities, facilitation digital access, sport activities

Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport

The accommodation of the volunteer will be in a flatsharing residence in Oullins, 15 min away by metro from Lyon. . Nearby the residence there are various public transports and all kind of conveniences. The volunteer will share this flat with other youngsters. In the flat, there is a shared living room and a shared kitchen all equipped as well as a bathroom. Wi-Fi will also be available. Every person will have a private room all equipped as well. Concordia will provide to the volunteer food money (7,50€/day)+pocket money (6,00 €/day)
