Five key concepts: INITIATE - MOVE - ENCOURAGE - DEVELOP - ACCEPT this is what Omse e.V. and its educational work stand for. We are inspired by Confucius: "Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I will remember. Let me do it and I will understand." We live the pedagogical principles of cross-generational holistic learning, democracy and personal responsibility with the aim of promoting a culture of living and a sense of community.
