Veiklos aprašymas

With this project we want to host 1 European volunteer in Bilbao, (Basque Country), during 10 months. The activities in which the european volunteers will colaborate are: √ Programmes with Children (between 5 and 11 years old) and Teenegers (between 12 and 17 years old): - Design and planning of socio-educational activities - Development of the activities, (based on non-formal education and Educational Leisure) - Direct intervention with children & teenegers - Evaluation of activities and programmes √ School reinforcement programmes (12-16 years) - Help with homework and study habits of unprotected adolescents - Reading reinforcement with teenagers √ Special programmes: - Day trips (mountains, villages, special activities) - Special activities for cultural celebrations, (Christmas, anniversaries, city festival, etc...) √ Share the ESC among the young people: - Help in the diffusion of the ESC, (online campaign, workshops,…) - Create material to explain ESC

Apgyvendinimas, maitinimas ir transportas

ACCOMMODATION The volunteers will be accommodated in a shared flat together with other European volunteers. In this flat every volunteer will have a private room but will share 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and living room with the other volunteers. This accommodation has Wi-Fi, heating, full kitchen and is located near the metro, various city bus stops and tram. LOCAL TRANSPORT Volunteers will be provided with a public transport card, with monthly pass to use the public transport and also use the electric bicycles of the municipal service for free. FOOD: 150€/month POCKET MONEY: 150€/month

Mokymas veiklos laikotarpiu

TRAINING ON ARRIVAL The 4 first days after the arrival to Bilbao (Basque Country-Spain) the Tutor and the Coordinators of the projects will help the new european volunteers with the new city, culture, administrative stuff, ... TRAINING WITH THE ANE During the first month the european volunteers will take part in the 4 full days training event developed by the Spanish National Agency with the other new volunteers in spain ONLINE LINGUISTIC SUPPORT The european volunteers will have access during their experience to the EU virtual tool in order to learn and improve their spanish skills

Dalyvio profilis

- Motivated person to participate in projects with children and young people in Bilbao area (Basque Country/Spain). - Age between 20 and 30 years old. - Negative certificate of sexual crimes or similar, (obligatory by Spanish legislation since volunteering is develops with minors). The profile of the volunteers to be hosted is open, without restrictions due to training or previous experience, since We are looking for young people who want to learn and live a new experience and work with kids and teenegers through non formal education.
