Volunteering in a youth center - St Pierre-lès-Elbeuf

Opis dejavnosti

- Prepare, organize, implement activities and projects related with mobility, language exchange, sustainable development and youth participation and other initiatives with locals yougnsters from 13 to 25 yrs old . - Help increase the european citizenship awareness among the youth and children from St Pierre les Elbeuf. - Imagine, organize, implement a common project with all the european volunteers hosted by the MJC

Nastanitev, prehrana in prevoz

The youth center is located in Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf. The closest big city is Rouen (30min by car, bus or train) and Paris (2h by train or car). The team is composed of 7 volunteers. You will stay in an apartment fully furnished (wifi, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer...) and you will share it with another volunteer. You'll have your own bedroom with a sharing bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is located St Pierre lès Elbeuf. Individual support: 180€ per month for pocket money and 7€ /day for the food (210€ for 30 days).

- Arrival and mid-term seminars - French workshops (4 hours per week) - Seminar "Citizenship Week"

Profil udeleženca

You have betwin 18 - 30 years old and you are comfortable working with people, dynamic, like to work in teams, independant. Creative and social skills and a mindset of initiative will get you through! You are willing to live with other roommates and share your experience with others, this is the place you have to be for the nexts months ! We only take in consideration the application made through the plateform.
