Description
ESC PROJECT-POLAND. We are looking for motivated volunteers who are ready to be involved in an ESC project for a 5-month period. They will be responsible to share their culture in active participation among the local community. For this purpose, volunteering will take place in different institutions around the city-educational(schools, kindergartens) cultural(Library, Cultural Center),ngos. As a volunteer, you will be part of these valuable transformations. You will be an integral part of the staff and have the opportunity to see from the inside the functioning of these institutions. Our project brings together young people to build a more inclusive society, supporting vulnerable people and responding to societal challenges. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation: you will have your own room in a flat shared with other volunteers. Pocket money - 4 euro per day and additional money for food !. You will receive it via bank transfer to your Polish bank account. It is easily enough to survive in Poland:) Bus card: you will have a free bus card Travel reimbursement: we return you the money for your travel to and back up to the limit which depending on the distance of travel (the limit is for both ways): 100 and 499 KM: EUR180 500 and 1 999 KM: EUR275 2 000 and 2 999 KM: EUR 360 3 000 and 3 999 KM:EUR 530
Training during the activity
On Arrival: Training at the beginning of the project Mid Term: training in the middle of volunteering. Both are organized by the National Agency in Poland. Moreover, we provide training before going to the place of helping to show you how to work with kids and deepen the topic of non-formal education
Participant profile
Volunteers must be enthusiastic about sharing their culture and curious about others but mostly be motivated to engage in this long-term exchange project in Poland. See this as a real opportunity to learn and grow on a personal and professional level while promoting European values.
