Description

We want to develop methods (workshop, games, activities ....) to be used for the teaching and training of Human Rights within the local community but also for European Youth Exchanges. The project will be composed of: - 3 weeks to create and develop methods, activities and teaching materials. - 1 week of practice using these methods in European Youth Exchanges in Magdeburg. - 2 weeks to improve and finalize the methods. This might be subject to slight adjustments Only application through Youth Portal with resume and cover letter will be considered. Your application will be answered in the first half of December. If you don't receive an answer before 18th of December, it means that your application is not being considered.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Food and accommodation will be covered + the usual ESC pocket money of 5€ per days. Travel budget is determined by distance using this link: https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/distance-calculator For travel distances between 100 and 499 KM: 180 € per participant For travel distances between 500 and 1999 KM: 275 € For travel distances between 2000 and 2999 KM: 360 € For travel distances between 3000 and 3999 KM: 530 €

Participant profile

We are looking for volunteers interested and/or experienced in human rights education. We always look for a great variety of skills and qualities between all the participants. On this project we will be looking for people who can identify with at least one of the following: creativity, dedication, open mind, eagerness, curiosity, leadership, teamplayer, confidence, problem solving, confidence, initiative, adaptability. Speaking English is mandatory for the project, German is optional.
