Opis dejavnosti

We are looking for 1 ESC volunteers 18-30 years old for 12months Voluntary Service project starting from March 2023 in Mataro (Barcelona). Fundació Eveho promotes and develops projects and actions that allow the integration and social-labor inclusion of young people at risk of social exclusion. The volunteer will help in different tasks, right now the free spot is about to : - Support social educators and help young people (between 4 years old and 18) with homework, playful activities, social and personal skills development workshops, support in daily live tasks, etc…

Nastanitev, prehrana in prevoz

The European Commission funds this project. The project covers: -Travel costs (up to the limits established in Erasmus+ Guide distance calculator). -Accommodation: you will share a flat with other volunteers in Mataró. It will be fully equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, etc). It is possible that you will share your bedroom with other volunteers of the same sex/gender. -Monthly food + pocket money: 300€ approx. -Insurance -Language course - Local transport

Usposabljanje med dejavnostjo

All the volunteers will receive an introduction on their arrival at the centers in order to know everything that they need to develop their tasks and embrace the project as much as they can. Also if during their stay in Eveho, the organization offer other training or courses, they can join them if are related to the tasks or their motivations.

Profil udeleženca

Young volunteers (18-30 years old) -Interested in social/youth work. -A motivated, sociable, proactive, open-minded, tolerant, creative, self-reliant person. -Someone who has no problems with sharing an apartment/bedroom with other volunteers. -Someone who doesn´t want to come to Catalonia for vacation.
