volunteering in Betzata Community

Activity description

L‘Arche Betzata is a part of international l‘Arche association with the mission – to live and celebrate the full life with people with special needs having intelectual dissability. Our organisation „Betzata Community“ is waiting for you to be a part of our community together with adults with mental dissabilities, other volunteers and community friends. The main task of the volunteer is to assist people with special needs in their daily life: personal interests, hygiene needs, attending day centers, cooking meals, shopping, cleaning, community events, taking care of garden and the house, assisting in social events etc. We expect the volunteer to take part and help to organize celebrations, birthdays, prayers, different events.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Shared apartament with other ESC volunteers with private rooms or separate room in Betzata community home, Monthly allowance 230 Eur, transportation costs funded additional due to the fact.

Training during the activity

-L'Arche community trainings; -on-arrival, mid-term by National Agency, - online language courses.
