YOUTH FESTIVAL

Description de l’activité

In the Youth Centre Brežice, we are looking for volunteers who will create a community of volunteers for the Youth Festival in Brežice for 20 days! We need 10 volunteers, so if you know someone who would like to join us, we will be very happy. We're working with young people to discover their full potential and motivate them to improve their personal development through different activities (individual, social, cultural, sport, …). We encourage youth to help us organize different events, to create a social environment with workshops, sports, and art. Youngsters will learn how to work in a team, expand their social network, build work experience in a non-formal learning context, etc.

Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

LOCATION Brežice is 50 km away from Zagreb airport and 135 km away from Ljubljana airport. You can easily reach Ljubljana by train from Brežice (2 hours). ACCOMODATION You will be accomodated in Youth hostel Brežice. TRAVEL REFUND You will be refunded 275 EUR for both ways. We encourage green travel, where 50% of the journey should be done in a sustainable way (by train or bus) FOOD AND POCKET MONEY We will give you money for food each month and you will receive pocket money for your hobbies: between 200€ and 300€ .

Profil du participant

Self-motivated Being eager to learn and motivated to work on the proposed project activities. Motivating to work with people in a non-formal education context. Being autonomous You should be able to take initiatives, and suggest activities for young people. Teamwork you should be able to share your ideas, point of view, respect each other, etc. Open-minded Openmindedness and respectfulness are important to our association. Friendly You should like to develop and improve your skills and abilities, have some hobbies and like to share them when organizing activities
