Activity description

The tasks that the volunteers will carry out in the Sanctuary will be feeding the animals (preparing feed and specific meals), animal care (brushing, escort) cleaning and basic maintenance stables and areas where animals sleep. They will always be advised by those responsible for the Sanctuary. They could also participate in other complementary activities: - Collaboration in guided visits to the Sanctuary - Help in the promotion of the Sanctuary project: media (press, radio, television), internet (social networks), etc. - Collaborate in the organization

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

The idea is that all the people who want to go as volunteers to the Green Heart Sanctuary make the trip from your place of origin to the Tafalla train or bus station, where we will pick you up to bring you to the Sanctuary They will be accommodated in a house very close to our Sanctuary in Lerga that has 4 bedrooms (with Wi-Fi), a kitchen-living room, bathroom, outdoor patio and gym.Monthly they will be paid the money to pay for said accommodation and food (without animal components), in addition to money for any expenses that may arise. we provide them with a bicycle to move .

Training during the activity

All participants will be given the "volunteer's notebook" that consists of instructions instructions on how to handle the animals of the Sanctuary, the use of electrical tools and utensils, phone numbers, interest (including that of those responsible for the Sanctuary, that of emergencies) and tips on how to get around the area. Every day there will be a meeting clearly explaining the work to be done and how to do it. In no case of They will carry out work that poses a risk to the participants. In free time, shared activities will be proposed to create a favorable climate.

Participant profile

We are looking for people who like animals and who have no problem eating vegan food. It is valued that they are in good physical condition and that they know how to handle social networks. It is preferred that they have a driver's license and very important to know tha basics of Spanish
