Volunteering in SYnergia 2024

Volunteering in SYnergia 2024

Associação SYnergia

Braga, Portugal

Activity description

The purpose of this project is to alert the population to global social, economic and environmental problems, and to contribute to the dissemination and adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals framed in the UN Agenda 2030, encouraging volunteering, active participation and cooperation between all. We hope to spread the desire to help others, make a difference for people and the planet, and show young people that volunteering and solidarity are fundamental values that must be present in their daily lives. Through the activities developed, the community will be able to recognize and act to face the challenges proposed by the SDGs, being encouraged to get involved in these causes, reducing the lack of constructive answers to universal sustainable development issues. It is expected that young people will be more involved in this and other themes, becoming active agents of change and starting new projects at local, national or even international level.
