WABWC (WeActBecauseWeCare) - Help us create a cleaner, greener world!

Stichting Cultined

Tétouan, Morocco

Description

"We Act Because We Care" project is all about making a positive impact on our environment. We'll gather volunteers to clean up beaches, streets, and forests, focusing on removing harmful items like plastic. Our activities include guiding and organizing the cleanup, planning fun post-work activities, and creating environmental clubs to spread awareness. Goals: *Clean Environment: Remove trash and make neighborhoods cleaner. *Community Engagement: Encourage locals to join in and make a positive difference. *Education: Teach in schools about the importance of environmental protection. *Fun and Friendship: Plan enjoyable activities and foster a sense of community. All the transportation is going to be green. You will have a bike to use during the WABWC project. Part of the activities is also to make bike tours together to explore and appreciate the beauty of nature while biking. Through biking we stay healthy and active while contributing to environmental causes.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

You'll be living in a shared room with three other participants, fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility. The house features communal spaces, including a common toilet, kitchen, and living area, providing opportunities to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on various aspects of the project. You'll be provided with three wholesome vegan meals per day. Our goal is to not only fuel your energy for the day's activities but also to promote a sustainable and environmentally friendly dietary choice. All transportation during the WABWC team volunteering will be green.
