International volunteering in Kiwanis Europe (2024-2025)

Description
Kiwanis is a volunteer service organisation that has as a mission to improve the lives of children. We have local clubs of an older generation that do fundraising activities to give to youth projects. The local clubs are grouped per country (what we call a "district"), and there is a European umbrella. This project takes place in the European office of Kiwanis, where we support our districts and European volunteer leaders. We organise webinars, trainings, make training videos, newsletters, assist districts and clubs with their questions. WE DON'T WORK DIRECTLY WITH CHILDREN, but with our districts and volunteer leaders, which are of an older generation. We are looking for 2 volunteers, starting from sept or oct 2024 for the duration of 10 to 12 months. Please read carefully the call - website for all details: https://kiwanis.callforvolunteers.eu
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
2 Volunteers are hosted together for one year in an appartment with an individual room, but shared kitchen, bathroom, living room. Food money (330€/m), pocket money (6€/d), good internet connection is provided. Training during the activity
We provide induction, on the spot training, & the volunteers are also part of our team that organise European trainings and we create also training videos ("Kiwanis TV"). Please read carefully the website for all details: https://kiwanis.callforvolunteers.eu
