Description de l’activité
We are a youth center belonging to the public administration of the city of Quart de Poblet (Valencia) and we want to host volunteers for them to promote the opportunities of EU among the youth. We want to involve the volunteers in all the local activities connected with youth participation, for them to empower the local youth and motivate them to use these opportunities. The activities will be connected with multimedia creation (video, posters...), dissemination of youth information, helping in the organisation of youth events of the city, helping in the trainings for youth, collaboration in the coworking and entrepreneurship programme and in general, being part of the team of youth workers of our youth center.Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
The accomodation will be in a shared apartment with other volunteers or students. The food will be self-arranged by the volunteers (we will provide the money allowance established by the Erasmus+ for the food). Transport card will be also provided for the volunteers to move around.Formation pendant l’activité
Apart from the obligatory "on arrival training" and "mid-term evaluation", organised by the National Agency, we will provide oportunities for training related with youth work and youth information services. We belong to a network of youth centers which organises regularly training oportunities (called "eines de formació") and the volunteers will be invited. Furthermore, the language training (both Spanish and Valenciano) will be offered in the adult learning center.Profil du participant
Active people, interested in having an intercultural experience empowering the youth of Quart de Poblet. Interested in learning Spanish (as the communication with locals will be mainly in Spanish). Interested in multimedia creation and youthwork in general. Aged under 30 years old and over 17 y.o. (as it will be in the frame of the Erasmus+ and the Solidarity Corps).
