The project is available for 2 Polish young people interested in human rights with young people and marginalized groups by using non-formal education tools. It is 1-year project starting on 1st of September 2017 in Tirana. Albania. The aim of the project is to foster social inclusion and human rights among young people and marginalized groups in Tirana. - Organize information sections and English support for pupils in 7 Schools of Vaqarri and Ndroqi on discrimination, human rights issues, migration, nonviolent communication etc - Promote and support the Cultural and Artistic Center in Tirana where young people come and practice artistic and cultural skills, the volunteers will help them to inform about the services and guide them how to use the services of the center. - Organize integration and creative activities in the elementary and high schools in rural areas with kids returned from the migration, Roma, and Egyptians etc.

The volunteers will have a pre departure training organized by their organization in Poland. On arrival and mid term evaluation training will be organized by SALTO SEE. In addition, the volunteers will be informed about their tasks before their arrival, and more concretely during the arrival training. The volunteers will have task-related training by PVN team before going to each activity. The local volunteers will be helping out EVS during whole their stay. They will practice the methodologies how to work with pupils in the schools, how to keep the confidentiality and code of ethic

The position will suit those young people who are interested in volunteering, human rights, learning skills and building competencies in the following areas: - Human rights issues, voluntarism, non-violent communication - Animation skills to organize activities with children and young people in the local community and local school - Learning about new cultures and intercultural exchange and dialogue, non-formal learning - Coordination and communication skills - Have motivation and flexibility - Are correct and have high level of responsibility - Age over 25
