DiscoverEU Meet-up in Europe's Greenest City
Växjö, the “Greenest City in Europe", is a typical middle-sized city in the south of Sweden, conveniently positioned between the capitals of Sweden and Denmark. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and several lakes (Växjö means “road lake”) and it’s the administrative and cultural centre of Kronoberg County.
We invite you to discover the region from above, by joining our 3-day meet-up in Växjö, where you will get to experience Sweden's first and Europe's longest zipline course! Moreover, you will get to discover the area of Växjö through museums and outdoor activities, as well as enjoy Sweden’s traditions, games, barbeque, and of course, the nice summer weather.
Växjö is easily accessible by train (2.5h from Copenhagen and 3.5h from Stockholm) and is a great in-between stop whilst exploring the Nordics. 20km to the West you can reach “Alvesta”, which serves as a meeting point for all the trains in southern Sweden!
Food and accommodation is included for your entire stay which means until after lunch the 15 of July
