What will you do?

16 July

17.00 – 18.00    Arrival at Centre des Congrès de Lyon

19.00                   Dinner for all participants

17 July

Starting at 8.30 you will participate in the opening with Glenn Micallef, European Commissioner for Intergenerational Fairness, Youth, Culture and Sport and French Minister Marina Ferrari (tbc).

What to expect?

• Inspiring stories of DiscoverEU ambassadors
•  ‘Train stations’ 🚈
  • Attend interactive workshops on themes such as 'democracy', 'environmental sustainability' or 'European culture'
  • Discover new opportunities
  • How to share your travel stories
  • And many more surprises 🎉

You’ll also explore the city together with a fun activity around Lyon. 🎒✨

18 July

From 9.00 until 12.00, you will have the opportunity to exchange your travel experiences and other fun activities

What’s covered?

• 2 nights’ accommodation provided for 16 and 17 July for all participants in individual rooms🛏️ 
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners all covered (vegetarian and vegan options provided) 🥐
• All activities covered

Travel 

• Transportation will not be covered - Use your DiscoverEU travel pass to travel to and from Lyon.
