Young people of the 21st Century need cross-cultural experiences to widen their awareness, increase their tolerance and non-discrimination. The Connect Program gives participants the opportunity to join substantive dialogues in the presence of neutral facilitators, and to build meaningful relationships across national, cultural, religious, and ideological boundaries.

Institutions working with youth aged between 18 and 30 in Europe and the Southern Mediterranean, are encouraged to apply for the Connect Programme. Their students or youth members will meet online once a week for 2 hours, for a 4 to 8 weeks duration, depending on the course. During this time, participants will engage in active listening activities, discuss important global and social challenges and participate in effective communication exercises, including language practice.

The 2019 autumn programme will run between 14 October and 5 December. Fill in the registration form before 30 august 2019 and integrate Virtual Exchange in your course!
