Have your say in the public consultation on the EU Youth Strategy!

We want to hear your views! Today, the European Commission has launched a public consultation on the EU Youth Strategy to assess its performance in its midterm. Help shape the future of the EU Youth Strategy and share your ideas by taking part in the consultation until 2 August 2023.

The EU Youth Strategy encourages young people to become active citizens and participants in public life, to engage into dialogue with policy makers and to gain experience abroad through youth exchanges, volunteering and other youth-focused projects.

Now, the European Commission is conducting an interim evaluation of the EU Youth Strategy (covering the years 2019-2022 and partly 2023) and has launched today a public consultation on the “Have Your Say” portal. It is based on a questionnaire aiming to gather assessments, data and evidence and to ensure that views from a wide spectrum of young people, stakeholders of the EU Youth Strategy and the general public are reflected in the evaluation. 

Have your say and take part in the public consultation to help shape the future of the EU Youth Strategy! The consultation is available in all EU languages and will run until 2 August 2023.
