Last updated on Friday, 09/12/2022
2022 marks the 35th year of existence of Erasmus+, the EU's flagship programme for education, training, youth and sport. Lots of people have benefited from the programme and have lived amazing experiences, are you one of them? Where did you go on Erasmus?
Erasmus has become part of the common language of all young people looking for somewhere else, new experiences, new opportunities.
The programme is structured around 4 priorities: social inclusion, sustainability, digital transition and youth participation in democracy. It allows you:
- to study abroad for a period ranging from 2 to 12 months;
- to carry out work placements or training courses abroad;
- to meet groups of young people from other countries during exchanges;
- to travel for free in Europe thanks to the DiscoverEU competition.
To celebrate all these opportunities and finalise the year, the closing conference of the 35th anniversary of Erasmus+ will take place on 14 December.
The conference is a hybrid event, with around 300 guests at the venue and streamed sessions for remote participation. Everybody who has benefited from Erasmus+ is welcome to take part!
The event will feature speakers from benefiting organisations, individual participants of Erasmus+, National Agencies and founders of the Erasmus+ programme.
14 December from 09.00 to 21.30 CET (Central European Time)
Details on how to register will be provided here closer to the event.
