SAVE THE DATE: 2027 Young Journalists Applications

Last updated on Friday, 14/08/2026

The Pool of Young Journalists is back!

Five years ago, during the European Year of Youth and together with the European Commission, Eurodesk launched the Pool of Young Journalists in Europe.  We provided a space for young people to tell the stories that matter to their generation. Since then, young journalists from all over Europe have published articles, videos, photos and podcasts on the European Youth Portal and across Eurodesk's channels.

Now we're getting ready for the next edition, and this one comes with something new.

What is the Pool?

A group of selected young people who want to share their views with the rest of Europe on topics that matter to them.  They publish their articles, interviews or podcasts on the European Youth Portal.

What's new in this edition
