Youth models – role models
Last updated on Wednesday, 22/02/2023
We truly believe that young people should be more often seen as role models themselves. It is unfortunate that young talents do not always receive the recognition they should for motivating other teenagers like us. So in this video we present two stories of young girls which might inspire you as well.
In this first video we interview a 13 year-old business girl, Aura Bingelytė, from Lithuania and a 18 year-old Weronika Chmielewska who is a mentor of remarkable social projects in Poland.
Aura’s business is based on drawing unique designs to decorate tote bags. What is more, she even has her own painting style recognisable in each of her paintings.
On the other hand, Weronika focuses on voluntary activities that bring a positive impact in society. One of the most outstanding projects in which she is involved is “Play in green”, which won the competition for the best social project in Poland.
In this video both girls share with us further details of their experiences and give us advice on how to start off in the fields that they are active in right now, and hopefully inspire your own path!
Hope this video will help you realise that your role models could be closer than you think… Even your friends can be the ones who ignite the spark the change you want!
