Description
Proposed activities: - Support in the preparation, development, and implementation of social, educational, and cultural activities (preparation and preparation of materials for lessons, conducting part of the lesson). - Promotion of all kinds of activities, using social media accounts - Creating own blog, (articles, photos, possibly movies). - Assistance in writing an application for the Erasmus + program, for the purpose of international youth exchange from other countries in Europe. - Supporting language club activities implemented at schools. - Help in organizing events that are organized or co-organized by the host organization. - Making presentations in schools and high school about volunteers' own country and culture and about ESC program. - Giving English language courses in the basic level to the other volunteers. - Organising English language workshops in a high school using non-formal teaching methods once a week.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The volunteer will be hosted in the fully furnished guest house of the organization together with other 3 volunteers. A single room will be provided for each volunteer. The kitchen and bathroom will be common places for volunteers. The flat is located in the city center and just 300 meters far away from the organization building. Local public transportation costs for local activities at schools will be covered by receiving organization.
Training during the activity
On arrival and midterm evaluation training will be organized by responsibility of the national agency
Participant profile
We are looking for a person who is; aged between 21 and 30, legally resident or citizen of an EU country, open-minded towards different cultures, willing to learn and try new things, to be patient, and able to share time with the young people, and can communicate in a good level of English language
