At Youth Europa, we offer meaningful volunteering opportunities that go beyond your comfort zone. As a volunteer, you'll lead community events for young individuals, ranging from educational workshops to sports tournaments and art festivals, fostering a sense of community and personal development. Additionally, you'll collaborate on international projects, planning exchanges and virtual conferences, developing skills in project management and international cooperation, while making a global impact. You'll be a key player in our organization, leading initiatives, fostering relationships, and gaining valuable career skills in leadership, communication, and more. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
You'll be staying in a modern apartment near the city center of Tartu. You'll be sharing the apartment with one other volunteer, each volunteer will have their own private room, while the kitchen, bathroom, and hall are shared, encouraging a sense of community. You'll receive money for food during your time with Youth Europa. With a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, you'll have the freedom to prepare your own meals. As for local transportation, you will be provided with a yearly membership of a bike-sharing system.
Training during the activity
At Youth Europa, training for volunteers is primarily integrated into the practical work they engage in. As part of our commitment to ensuring a successful and fulfilling volunteering experience, each volunteer with Youth Europa will be provided with a dedicated mentor. Your mentor will help you navigate your role, answer any questions you may have, and provide valuable insights based on their experience. Whether it's clarifying tasks, addressing challenges, or discussing project objectives, your mentor will be there to support your growth and development.
Participant profile
At Youth Europa, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals between the ages of 18 and 30, who are eager to live and work in a multicultural and cooperative environment. We value those who are passionate about creating a positive impact and dedicated to engaging with local communities to foster meaningful connections. Reliability and accountability in fulfilling commitments are essential traits we seek in our participants.
