Join Our Adventure: Volunteer at the Scout Center & Forest Kindergarten! Are you ready for an unforgettable experience combining outdoor fun, teamwork, and meaningful work? What You'll Do: Forest Kindergarten: Inspire kids through outdoor play, nature exploration, and cozy moments in a yurt. Scout Activities: Organize hikes, events, and camps, and help maintain the campsite with gardening, building, and painting. Why Join? Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Experience Comfort and Community in Ukmergė! As a volunteer, you’ll stay in a cozy shared apartment in the heart of Ukmergė, living alongside three fellow volunteers. This shared living arrangement is a great opportunity to build friendships and create lasting memories. Ukmergė is a charming, well-organized, and safe town, perfectly situated in the middle of Lithuania. Its small size makes it easy to navigate, while its rich history, art, friendly community, and picturesque surroundings offer plenty to explore.
Training during the activity
There will be On arrival and mid term trainings organised by Natonal Agency. Once a monthwe will have volunteers meeting with the coordinating organisaion to discuss the projects, any problems and some nice trips occasionally. There will be scout leaders trainings to prepare for summer camps.
Participant profile
We’re looking for someone who loves nature, enjoys working with kids, embraces hiking adventures, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you’re open to learning through action and excited to explore the world of scouting, this is the perfect fit for you! ;)
