The activities carried out by the volunteers will aim to strengthen partnerships with local government, colleges and like-minded organizations; conduct a needs assessment survey for the local youth and develop a report; create a life skills manual to build up the capacity of the local youth; form and strengthen youth clubs in local communities; organize and deliver trainings for youth with fewer opportunities; conduct English language and basic computer literacy lessons; facilitate interactions with local youth and stakeholders about gender equality and youth roles in society.
