Description

The volunteer will participate in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, specifically in supporting the preparation of project budgets. This includes monitoring and updating budget execution, managing relevant information (invoices, receipts, contracts), reviewing expenses and other financial documents, preparing financial reports, supporting audits, and conducting field activities to gather information and perform follow-up.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

You will have the opportunity to live in a family home with a private room, access to shared services, Wi-Fi, a mobile communication card, and the residence is close to the office. It also has easy access to local transportation, and you will be able to interact with the communities where we carry out our projects.

Training during the activity

You will learn about the importance of administrative and financial management in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, and you will receive specific training on feminist leadership, monitoring and reporting standards, economic justification, among other topics.

Participant profile

Interest in learning about administrative and financial topics is required. Studies and experience in financial monitoring, accounting, or administration will be valued. A basic level of Spanish is mandatory.
