Description

Within the actions carried out by the foundation in the field work, we identified several Venezuelan families in the streets of La Paz and El Alto, mostly women with children between 0 and 12 years old, who were in a highly vulnerable situation due to their irregular status, several of them were recruited to enter the dynamics of sexual exploitation. The volunteer will support Munasim's program by assisting in: 1. providing health care, food and school support to children, adolescents and women 2. Supporting with community devices that are carried out in the street, in areas of greater informal trade to identify, inform and refer the population to other existing services and provide recreational activities. 3. Supporting a physical socio-educational space for Venezuelan families where they can be fed, have moments of active listening, containment, basic information about their situation in Bolivia and their children can receive playful support.
