Join us as a volunteer in an exciting ESC project that empowers students to use English confidently while having fun! As a volunteer, you’ll lead English-focused activities, guiding and supporting students in enhancing their language skills through interactive sessions. You’ll facilitate teamwork and language development through activities like Drama Night, a Treasure Hunt, The Voice competition, and a YouTube video project. The program runs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the school and includes outdoor activities such as camping, educational trips, and special events to create an immersive and dynamic learning experience. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Accommodation Place: The volunteers will stay in a shared flat with a dedicated room for 2/3/4 people. 7 days/24 hours hot water and heating system available at the flat. Food: Average kitchen facilities, kitchenware, and cutleries will be provided. Food Money will pay in cash the volunteers. So, everyone can buy&cook as they wish. For pocket money per day is 4€. Travel: All volunteers are entitled to travel compensation according to the project budget limits, as much as the amounts calculated according to the mileage calculation.

Training during the activity

Pre-Departure Training (PDT): Supporting organizations are responsible to held pre-departure training for the volunteers. The PDT should help the volunteer to identify the goal (the mountain to climb) and the motivation (the reason for this choice) as well as should reflect on the meaning of this experience (climbing) and on the aspects that make it a learning experience! On-Arrival Training: The volunteers will receive orientation based on arrival training upon their arrival at the project place. They will meet up with the coordinator, supervisor, and mentor.

Participant profile

**Participant Profile:** We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic volunteers who are fluent in English, with a minimum B2 level, and possess strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with youth or in educational settings, demonstrating both leadership and teamwork abilities. Creativity is key, as participants will be encouraged to produce engaging content and lead dynamic events. Volunteers should be culturally aware and skilled at fostering cross-cultural interactions, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for students of diverse backgrounds. They should be open to sharing and exchanging cultural experiences, promoting understanding and respect. Candidates with experience in content production and event planning will thrive in this role, bringing energy and innovation to our activities while making a meaningful impact on students' language and personal development.
