Description
Smokinya Foundation offers a 6-month experience in rural Bulgaria, where participants live and work together in a group of up to six people. This project includes shared responsibilities, communal living, and collaboration on various local rural initiatives. Participants engage in activities that support the local community, develop practical skills, and experience a community-focused lifestyle. The project participation is designed to foster teamwork, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of rural life. Training during the activity
You will learn: 1. what is it to live in a rural community 2. planning skills (personal and work related) 3. intercultural communication (within the team and within the community) 4. practical skills (how to use hand tools, how to paint, basics of wood work, gardening, and many more) 5. how to live in minimalistic way and be joyful and fulfilled
