Digital Creators is a 12-month project with the Municipality of Cremona, Italy, starting in January. Designed for dynamic, creative individuals, this role offers the unique chance to shape and grow the office’s digital presence. You’ll manage social media, design impactful content, and assist with European project management while exploring themes like sustainability and youth engagement. What makes this project special? Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Volunteers will be provided with fully equipped shared apartments located in the city center, within close proximity to the volunteering site. A monthly food allowance will be provided, and each volunteer will receive a personal bicycle for getting around town. Travel expenses will be covered, with a preference for environmentally friendly travel options. To support their integration and activities, volunteers will have the guidance of a tutor and mentor, while a project coordinator will oversee the overall management of the project.

Training during the activity

Each project includes On Arrival Training (OAT) and Mid Term Evaluation (MTE) organized by the Italian National Agency. These sessions provide specific training on the project’s activities, alongside learning paths designed to help volunteers discover, understand, and recognize their personal skills, aptitudes, and competences. Volunteers will also have access to online language support to learn Italian through the EU Academy platform and in person courses. At the end of the service, all volunteers will receive a Youthpass certificate, documenting their achievements.

We are looking for volunteers who are proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic about digital content creation. Ideal candidates should have a flair for storytelling, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to transform creative ideas into impactful projects. A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative are essential, as we value fresh perspectives and personal growth. KNOWLEDGE OF ITALIAN LANGUAGE IS CONSIDERED A GREAT ASSET.
