Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Volunteers will stay in shared rooms on our farm in Palombaio, enjoying a simple, communal lifestyle. Meals are vegetarian, mostly organic, and prepared by volunteers and staff using local ingredients. We prioritize eco-friendly living, so bring biodegradable toiletries. Palombaio is well-connected via bus to Bitonto, from where you can reach Bari and other destinations by train. Join us and live sustainably at Associazione Regen ETS!
Training during the activity
All the volunteers will receive task specific training, weekly communication workshops and they will be enrolled in On Arrival and Mid Term Evaluation training. The volunteers will be furnished with the access to Language learning platform.
Participant profile
We seek enthusiastic, eco-conscious individuals aged 18-30 from European countries who are eager to engage in sustainability and community living. Ideal candidates are motivated, open-minded, and passionate about issues like integration, legality, and ecology. English or Italian proficiency is required, along with a proactive, sociable, and creative attitude. Volunteers should have a strong ability to work in teams and a keen interest in agroforestry, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture.
