Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
🏠Accommodation You will stay for the entire duration of the program in a fully equipped three-room apartment, located just a few minutes from the town center. Each room accommodates two people. The apartment includes Wi-Fi and all basic household appliances, providing a comfortable space that quickly feels like home. 🚆Transport Odorheiu Secuiesc isn’t the easiest place to reach — but don’t worry, we’ll help you organize your trip!✈️🚉 🍽️Food You’ll receive a fixed monthly allowance to cover your food expenses, giving you the freedom to shop and cook according to your own taste.🥗
Training during the activity
The learning experience in CineVolunteers is mostly practical — you’ll grow by doing, creating, and collaborating. - You’ll share ideas, knowledge, and creative skills within an international team — learning from each other’s strengths and experiences.🤝 - You’ll have plenty of space to express yourself. Experiment, try new things, and discover your own creative process step by step.
Participant profile
Participant Profile We are looking for four motivated young people to join our 8-month ESC volunteering program in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania. This opportunity is designed for individuals who meet the general eligibility criteria of the European Solidarity Corps: Aged between 18 and 30 Resident of an eligible ESC country Available for the full duration of the 8-month program Open to learning, personal development, and intercultural exchange This is a long-term experience, so we’re especially looking for people who are committed to investing time in their own growth, and who are not afraid of language barriers, individual tasks, or teamwork. You don’t need to be an expert—we value curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm over prior experience. You will interact with many new people and be involved in a range of creative and community-based activities. We welcome applicants who are open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn new skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. We are looking for candidates who are particularly interested in one or more of the following areas: 1. Communication and Content Creation 2. Photography and Filmmaking 3. English Language Activities 4. Environmental Engagement
