Description
We are happy to invitate volunteers to participate on activities at the Studanka Forest kindergarten near Prague in the Czech Republic. We offer a distinctive learning environment in nature itself. In addition, we host traditional environmental events for the community and provide a wealth of learning and experiential opportunities in areas such as nonprofit management, school operations, marketing, public relations, and more. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation is in the new flat with two separate double rooms. One or two people maximum per room The flat is situated near the supermarket, shopping center, and buses to Prague or other locations. It is located on a side street, making it a quiet place. Transport to the activity is by bus, approximately 20 minutes. The expenses for public transport to/from the activity are reimbursed. In addition to pocket money volunteers receive 6 euros per day for food, and meals are also provided for free in the kindergarten (lunches, snacks).
Training during the activity
Competences through Youth pass - at the end of the activity - Youth pass certificate. Experiences in an alternative approaches in education - nature preschool environment, free play, Nature as Educator. Coaching during the activity to focus on the personal growth.
Participant profile
Happy, enthusiastic, eager to learn, to grow, to experience new ideas, aprroaches. Must like nature and being outside, playfull and happy to interact with kids.
