Volunteers collaborate with local residents to address key issues such as water, education, housing, environment, youth, and women's empowerment, aiming to improve village infrastructure and promote sustainable daily living. The first year of the programme begins this July in Tanzania, where a team of 12 volunteers will spend 45 days actively supporting the community. Our approach is rooted in collaboration, not intervention. Rather than imposing solutions, we work with the community to empower local initiatives and strengthen resilience. This experience is a journey from "me" to "we", fostering solidarity and deep community engagement.
