Description
Nous recherchons un ou une volontaire pour une mission à partir de septembre 2019. Le projet est proposé par la Ville de Nevers qui accueille chaque année 2 ou 3 volontaires dans le cadre du volontariat européen. If you're interested in journalism, information, communication and want to discover the life of a small French town for one year, if you are motivated by practicing foreign languages and feel able to write articles, make videos, manage a radio program in French, then you can apply ! Your tasks will be : animate our weekly multilingual coffee with other volunteers, update our blog and social networks, prepare and animate our radio programs, write articles, make small video, prepare and manage public events, promote European volunteering and international mobility in general, networking and promotion of our activities.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Our volunteers share a flat in a big house with a garden in front of the Loire River, about 10 minutes' walk from the office. Each volunteer has his/her own bedroom and shares kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing room and a living-room with a little balcony. Each volunteer has to open a French bank account at arrival and get pocket money (180 €) and food allowance (315€) by transfer to this account by the end of each month.
Training during the activity
Online Linguistic Support On arrival seminar provided by National Agency Mid-term seminar provided by National Agency French courses if needed (50 hours) Sometime, first aid training (2 days)
Participant profile
We are looking for a communicative and creative person interested in journalism, communication, who enjoys writing articles and communicating in French. Having a basic knowledge of social networks management and photography is a must. Having certain skills for graphic design and blogging with Wordpress is also a plus.
