Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Volunteers will reside in fully furnished shared flats, complete with spacious rooms and a communal space and kitchen that includes a backyard. Every two weeks, volunteers receive pocket money and a food allowance (Per ESC guide 2024). The foundation ensures convenient access to the office, as all flats are within a 5-minute walking distance. Additionally, bicycles are available for use. Furthermore, volunteers are covered by Henner health insurance.

Training during the activity

The Polish National Agency provides two key trainings—On-Arrival and Mid-Term—enabling volunteers from across Poland to connect and exchange experiences. Additionally, we organize either a monthly skill-building workshops to enhance volunteers’ competencies, foster team cohesion, and support personal development or an informal team-bonding activities outside the office, strengthening collaboration and camaraderie within the group.

Participant profile

We seek passionate individuals with some experience in working with children and youth, teaching languages such as (e.g., Spanish, English, Italian...) is an advantage. Strong skills in social media content creation, video editing, and short film production are highly valued. Ideal candidates thrive in collaborative environments and have an interest in developing activities related to ecology, sports, or well-being. Additional artistic abilities—such as music, theater, or visual arts—are a plus. Above all, we welcome motivated team players eager to contribute to an international and dynamic volunteer community.
