Asociación Teatral ON&OFF

Logroño, Spain

Description

Asociación Teatral On&Off is a non-profit organization based in Logroño, La Rioja, in northern Spain. We believe in the power of theatre and dance as tools for personal growth, social inclusion, and community building, especially for those often forgotten or left behind. As a volunteer, you’ll join a creative and welcoming team, supporting us in daily tasks according to your skills and interests. Our activities range from running an active office to leading theatre and dance workshops both in our space and with schools and community groups. We also organize and attend cultural trips, exchanges, and festivals that promote learning, dialogue, and collaboration at local and international levels. Volunteering with us means more than helping — it’s about sharing experiences, exploring creativity, and making a real impact through the performing arts.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Logroño is a welcoming city with the perfect mix of comfort and charm. You’ll stay in a shared apartment with your own cozy room, sharing kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces with another volunteer. A food allowance is provided, and you’ll find plenty of supermarkets nearby. To help you explore the city, we can offer bikes or bus cards with enough credit, making it easy to enjoy everything Logroño has to offer.

Training during the activity

As a volunteer, you can join our theatre and dance workshops during working hours, improving both your artistic and facilitation skills. Logroño offers plenty of language exchanges you can attend—or even host your own at our space. We’ll support you in developing your personal project, while you also gain valuable experience in how our organization works, from administration and communication to other key areas.
