Description

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our gymnasts and coaches at our training base in Bolu, surrounded by greenery and nature. Duties and Responsibilities Participate in and manage conversation club events with athletes. Warm up and prepare gymnasts before training and assist our coaches. Prepare training areas. Help maintain discipline among athletes living at the facilities and provide daily support. What We Offer Free access to the swimming pool and fitness center. Living in a unique sports environment at the camp training center. Be part of a team preparing for national competitions. Opportunity to accompany athletes and coaches to national competitions outside the city and support competition preparations there. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the ESC distance band. Volunteers must pay for their tickets and will be refunded upon submitting all original tickets and boarding passes. Food is provided; if not, volunteers receive compensation for those days. Accommodations include single or shared rooms with access to a washing machine, dining hall, and cafeteria. Volunteers must adhere to building rule

Training during the activity

Orientation training after arrival (city tour, introducing the organization, show round facilities of organization, shopping place, hospital, police, and city governer) There will be a Turkish language course 1 hour per week. Also, they will be participate in on-arrival training and mid-term training provided by the National Agency. In addition, In order to make their volunteering processes easier and more professional, they will receive training from experts on subjects such as language teaching and event management.

Participant profile

Preferably volunteers with the following characteristics: • Former athletes or coaches with experience in gymnastics. • Highly motivated and open to new experiences. • Able to adapt to teamwork. • Sports enthusiasts who are creative, team-oriented, and hardworking.
