Bridges of Change - Volunteering in Wroclaw, Poland
SEMPER AVANTI
WROCLAW, Poland
Description
Join our 12-month project and discover how volunteering can transform communities—and yourself! We invite motivated young people to take part in meaningful solidarity activities that support local organizations and bring positive change where it’s needed most. As a volunteer, you’ll work mainly with children by leading creative cultural and language workshops, organizing events and exhibitions to showcase your heritage, and spreading the spirit of Erasmus+. You’ll also help with daily tasks in partner organizations and create inspiring content for social media. This project is all about connection: building bridges between cultures, encouraging mutual understanding, and developing key skills such as teamwork, creativity, and communication. By joining, you’ll contribute to more open and inclusive communities while gaining unforgettable experiences for your personal and professional future. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation: Volunteers will stay in a shared double room in a central Wroclaw apartment. Support: Along with pocket money, volunteers receive a food allowance to cover daily meals. Transportation: A city transport card will be provided, offering unlimited travel on buses and trams throughout Wroclaw.
Training during the activity
Volunteers will take part in Polish language classes to boost daily communication and cultural integration. In addition, two special trainings in Warsaw and Toruń, at the start and midpoint of the project, will provide networking, personal development, and intercultural learning opportunities organized by the Polish National Agency. Regular evaluation meetings will support reflection, skill growth, and sharing of experiences. This ensures every volunteer gets guidance, feedback, and inspiration throughout their journey.
