Description
"House for All" (Maison Pour Tous Nord) is a dynamic community hub serving the residents of Saint Jean de la Ruelle. Its primary focus is on supporting those in priority neighborhoods, while fostering inclusivity and social diversity. The organization excels at welcoming individuals and families, promoting the growth of social and familial connections. Its mission is to create avibrant, engaging space where people of all ages, especially young people, cancome together and thrive. missions : Support and engage young people aged 11 to 15 through the Pass’Ados program. Organise and animate events (culture,sport, environment...) Promote autonomy, participation,responsibility, and collective life skills among young people. Strengthen educational links between primary and middle school students. Contribute to positive relationships and communication with families. Involve young people in the selection, preparation activities, while encouragingautonomy and responsibility
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
LOCATION You will be accomodated in a shared flat with one other volunteer. You will get your own room. There is Wi-fi connection. FOOD AND POCKET MONEY During your mission you’ll be living in Saint-Jean de la Ruelle, near Orléans. You will work from Monday to Friday 30 hours a week. You will be 10 minutes away from Olréans by bus and only a 1 hour train ride away from Paris. TRAVEL REFUND You will receive 420€ per month You will be refunded 100% of your travel costs up to a certain limit.
Training during the activity
You will participate in Erasmus+ Youth Agency training courses Depending on the projects and needs, we can find training courses.
Participant profile
Being eager to learn and work on project activities with people in a non formal education context. You should be able to take initiatives, put forward suggestions concerning activities for young people. It will be appreciated if you already speak a minimum of French at the beginning of the mission. You will create workshops for young people with the staff or partners so you should be able to share yours ideas and respect each other.
