Description

Purposes of our project:  We can list the primary objectives of the project we want to carry out as follows: - To ensure communication and cooperation between our volunteers coming from abroad within the scope of the project and young people and children who are the target audience of our association, - Contributing to the creation of a youth profile that adopts the common values of Europe, - To support young people with limited opportunities to gain self-confidence, self- respect and easily adapt to the society, - To add a new dimension to the volunteering activities of our association and to encourage volunteering activities to local youth through our volunteers from abroad and to increase the volunteering activities in the local area,

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

- You will stay at a flat with other female volunteers. - At the flat all facilities are available( hot water, natural gas, internet etc.) -You will take 6 euro each day for pocket money. -You will take 6 euro each day for food money. -The necessary local public fees for the activities will be provided. TRAVEL - Participants are expected to make the cheapest travel arrangements available. - Travel costs will be reimbursed until the budget limit, set by the Erasmus+ program. Travel grand per participants is given according to distance calculator).

Training during the activity

At the beginning of the project, volunteers will participate in an orientation training organised by the hosting organisation. This training will introduce the volunteers to the project objectives, daily tasks, working schedule, and safety rules. Volunteers will also receive information about the hosting organisation, local community, cultural norms, and life in Ankara. In addition, practical guidance will be provided on accommodation, public transportation, communication channels, and support mechanisms. The orientation training will help volunteers feel safe, confident, and well-prepared.

Participant profile

We are looking for volunteers who are motivated to work with children and young people, open-minded, responsible, and willing to learn through practical experience. Volunteers should be able to work in a team, have good communication skills, and show interest in intercultural learning and social inclusion. Previous experience is not required; however, a positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to support disadvantaged groups are highly appreciated. Volunteers are expected to actively participate in daily activities and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
